2.2 The FitCheck SaaS platform itself is governed by separate contractual terms, including the Terms of Service, call-off contracts, orders, service level agreements, and data processing agreements entered into between Aaptera Ltd and the customer organisation.
2.3 Where any conflict exists between website content and platform service documents, the service documents take precedence for the service itself. These terms continue to govern use of this website.
