How is pricing calculated?
Plans are based on the number of form submissions per year. Each plan includes a set number of submissions; additional submissions can be purchased in blocks of 1,000. User licences are included up to a plan limit, with additional licences available monthly.
What counts as a form submission?
A form submission is one completed digital form — for example, a POCT result, BAT record, or donor declaration. If a candidate completes three forms in a session, that counts as three submissions.
How quickly can we be up and running?
Most providers are set up and running on FitCheck within a day. There is no IT setup required — just a browser and your existing devices.
Do our collection officers need training?
The forms look exactly like the paper versions your team already knows. Most collection officers are comfortable within one session. We provide onboarding support for all plans.
Is FitCheck GDPR compliant?
All data is stored securely in the UK. Access is role-based and there is a full audit trail of every action. We can provide data processing documentation on request.
What devices does FitCheck work on?
FitCheck is a web-based platform that works on any modern device — tablets, phones, and desktops. No app download required. iOS and Android supported via mobile browser.
